Terms of Service

These are template terms. Have a lawyer review and adapt them for your jurisdiction before accepting real money.

1. Accounts

You need a verified phone number to publish, earn or cash out. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account — duplicate accounts created to farm rewards may be suspended and their balances voided.

2. Content

You keep ownership of what you publish and grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the platform. Statuses expire automatically after their configured lifetime. We may hide or remove content that breaches these terms, and moderators log every such action.

3. Points and earnings

Points are a platform credit, not legal tender or a financial instrument. They have no value outside the platform except through the cashout process described below. The points-to-currency rate is set by the operator and can change; changes apply to future conversions.

4. Cashouts

Cashouts are subject to a minimum balance, a processing fee, and manual review. Points are held from the moment you submit a request and returned in full if it is rejected or cancelled. We may refuse a payout where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or reward manipulation.

5. Advertising

Viewing a sponsored interstitial earns points. Automated viewing, scripted clicks and any other attempt to generate rewards without genuine engagement is a breach of these terms.

6. Referrals

You earn a percentage of what members in your network earn, funded by the platform, up to five generations. Self-referral and fabricated accounts void all associated commissions.

7. Termination

We may suspend an account for breach of these terms. You can stop using the platform at any time; contact support to close your account and settle any outstanding balance.

8. Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
